Customer Journey

Step 1 — Browse & Select

Customers visit kaimofficial.com, browse our collections, and select their desired product, size, and quantity.

Step 2 — Add to Cart

Selected items are added to the cart and the customer proceeds to checkout.

Step 3 — Enter Shipping Details

Customer enters their full name, shipping address, and contact information.

Step 4 — Secure Online Payment

Customer completes the purchase securely using a credit or debit card through our encrypted online payment portal. All transactions are SSL-secured and card information is never stored on our servers.

Step 5 — Order Confirmation

Customer receives an order confirmation via email with order details and tracking information once dispatched.

Step 6 — Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–21 business days depending on location.

Payment Gateway Use Case

Our online checkout system at kaimofficial.com uses a secure, integrated payment gateway to process credit and debit card transactions. When a customer proceeds to checkout, they are directed to an encrypted payment page to complete their transaction. This gateway is used exclusively for processing online payments from customers purchasing products from our store. Kaim Official does not store any card or financial information — all payment data is handled securely by our payment processor.
