We have a 7-day return policy. Returns are only accepted under the following specific conditions:

Item received is defective or damaged

Item received is wrong product (different from what was ordered)

In these cases, we offer a full refund — no return shipment required. Simply send us a photo/video proof within 7 days of receiving your order.

Wrong size ordered by customer

Item not needed anymore

Delayed delivery (unless item is damaged)

Refunds If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
