Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy. Returns are only accepted under the following specific conditions.

We Accept Returns ONLY If:

  • Item received is defective or damaged
  • Item received is wrong product (different from what was ordered)

In these cases, we offer a full refund — no return shipment required. Simply send us photo/video proof within 7 days of receiving your order.

We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Item not needed anymore
  • Delayed delivery (unless item is damaged)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refund Processing

If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
